How long does a house clearance take?
Most one-bedroom flats are cleared in a few hours, and a typical three-bedroom house in a day. We give you a time estimate with your quote.
Do I need to be there during the clearance?
Not always. Many landlords and executors leave us a key or meet us at the start. We send photos when the job is done.
Can you clean the property after clearing it?
Yes. Our Clear + Clean service sends cleaners in straight after the clearance, so the property is ready to hand back or sell.
